Templify Ltd operates Templify Product Personaliser, a Shopify app for configuring product personalisation options, pricing, and storefront personalisation experiences.
Information we access
When installed on a Shopify store, Templify may access information required to provide the app, including store information, product information, product images/files, metaobjects, cart transform configuration, and personalisation data submitted by customers through the storefront personaliser.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- provide and operate the app
- display personalisation options on assigned products
- save template and product configuration
- calculate personalisation pricing
- pass personalisation details through cart, checkout, and Shopify order admin
- provide support and troubleshoot issues
Customer personalisation data
Customer-entered personalisation details, such as text, font, colour, placement, uploaded artwork, or order notes, may be processed so the merchant can fulfil personalised orders.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is only used to provide the app, support merchants, and operate the service.
Data storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect app data. Data may be processed by service providers used to host and operate the app.
Data deletion
Merchants can request deletion of app-related data by contacting support@gettemplify.com.
