Templify Ltd operates Templify Product Personaliser, a Shopify app for configuring product personalisation options, pricing, storefront personalisation experiences and personalised order fulfilment.
This Privacy Policy explains the information Templify may process when merchants install or use the app, how that information is used, how it may be shared and the choices available to merchants and customers.

The order-details feature is designed to retrieve only the product, line-item and personalisation information needed for fulfilment. It does not require protected customer identity or contact fields such as customer name, email address, telephone number or postal address.
Analytics and session replay are configured with data minimisation in mind. Sensitive fields and designated content are masked or excluded where appropriate.
For customer information processed through a merchant's Shopify store, the merchant generally determines why that information is collected and used.

App configuration and merchant account information may be retained while the app remains installed and for a limited period following uninstall where necessary for support, recovery, security, fraud prevention or compliance purposes.
Customer personalisation files, proofs and related order information are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to support the merchant's fulfilment, customer service and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
Analytics, technical logs and session replay information may be retained for a limited period for product improvement, troubleshooting, security and service-monitoring purposes.

When a merchant uninstalls Templify, access credentials and app-session information associated with that installation may be deleted or invalidated.
Some information may remain within the merchant's Shopify store where it forms part of Shopify product, order, metafield, metaobject, theme or other merchant-controlled data.
Templify may retain limited information following uninstall where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, support or recovery.
Where Shopify sends a valid shop-deletion request, Templify processes the request in accordance with Shopify's applicable privacy requirements.

Templify is not designed as a service directed specifically at children.

Templify operates within the Shopify ecosystem and relies on Shopify services to authenticate merchants and provide access to authorised store information.
A merchant's use of Shopify remains subject to Shopify's own terms, privacy practices and policies.
